At the beginning of the JIPA JUMP history there was an all-Czech company

JIPA CZ s. r. o.
that was founded in 1992 – at that time it consisted of an owner and a few enthusiasts who were friends rather than only colleagues. Since then the company has been producing different gastronomic products made of stainless steel – from simple products and cooling devices to complete equipment for large-capacity kitchens including furniture and cooking blocks and complex co-operative projects for foreign customers. In production it has been using top-quality state of art world-class technological systems. It has taken 25 years of development and experience, progressive attitude and reflecting the needs of the gastronomic market to get where we are now. That was the main reason for developing the concept of the “multifunction device”. The development that took more than 3 years focused on durability and robustness of the device, its technical details, practicality and user comfort. That means that this concept satisfies the needs of the operators and meets all required safety standards and regulations. When used daily in gastronomic operations, it ensures economic and efficient processing of ingredients and maximum satisfaction of both operators and guests

After the development of the JIPA JUMP multifunction device that was based on the work of the founder and owner of the company, his designers, stainless steel processing experts and that included the use of new technologies has been completed, the first pan prototypes were constructed. Hundreds of hours that chefs – technology experts – spent “learning” the machine to cook based on their daily practical experience also have to be mentioned in this respect. After more than one year of trial operation at selected customers, JIPA JUMP was finally officially introduced at the international Milan trade fair in 2017. This day marked the official beginning of the company JIPA International s.r.o. which is the exclusive representative for selling the JIPA JUMP pans in the Czech Republic and in other countries worldwide.

Our goal is to satisfy modern gastronomy requirements through using the multifunction JIPA JUMP device from á-la-carte restaurants preparing 50 portions a day to public catering facilities with thousands of servings every day. The JIPA JUMP pan is a flexible assistant both for small and large gastronomic facilities. It can be used in restaurants, hotels, guest houses, kindergartens, schools, university canteens, hospitals, retirement homes or in public catering facilities. JIPA JUMP is available in four basic volume sizes that are also offered with optional designs that use pressure cooking or lowered bottom or as a combination of both. In total we sell 12 models that offer all cooking modes: cooking, frying, strewing, grilling, roasting, confiting, low-temperature (or slow) cooking and vacuum cooking (sous-vide).
