Our goal is to satisfy modern gastronomy requirements through using the multifunction JIPA JUMP device from á-la-carte restaurants preparing 50 portions a day to public catering facilities with thousands of servings every day. The JIPA JUMP pan is a flexible assistant both for small and large gastronomic facilities. It can be used in restaurants, hotels, guest houses, kindergartens, schools, university canteens, hospitals, retirement homes or in public catering facilities. JIPA JUMP is available in four basic volume sizes that are also offered with optional designs that use pressure cooking or lowered bottom or as a combination of both. In total we sell 11 models that offer all cooking modes: cooking, frying, strewing, grilling, roasting, confiting, low-temperature (or slow) cooking and vacuum cooking (sous-vide).
